At MPS ÁGUA, LDA, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our deliveries and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return conditions apply, in accordance with the legislation in force in Portugal.
1. Right of Free Withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to return most products purchased online within 14 calendar days, without the need to provide a reason.
- The period starts from the date of receipt of the product by the customer or by a third party indicated by the customer.
2. Exclusions to the Right of Return
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Perishable products or products for immediate consumption, such as bottled water or carbonated water, since they cannot be reused after opening/delivery.
- Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged by the customer and that, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be placed back on the market.
- Customized equipment or products manufactured specifically at the customer’s request.
3. Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in good condition, complete, and with original packaging whenever applicable.
- Returns must be communicated in advance by email to [email protected]
- After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
4. Return Costs
- If the return is due to the exercise of the right of free withdrawal, transport costs are borne by the customer.
- If the return is motivated by a product defect or company error, MPS ÁGUA, LDA will assume all costs of collection and replacement.
5. Product Warranty
- The equipment (such as dispensers, pumps, and machines) is covered by the legal 3-year warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021.
- If the equipment presents a manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately so that we can proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.
